What people use Beef Bully sticks for.

The main reason customers tell us is their pre-occupier benefit. A big chunk of long meat, can take quite a while for most dogs to chew through, especially since this is a SINGLE cylindrical hard jerky equivalent. that means when its bitten into, it rarely snaps off. It means that most dogs chew one end, soften it up with saliva then work their way down to the other end.

Owners of the big chewing dog prefer their dogs chewing treats rather than furnishings, but they also want to make sure that what their dog is eating is good for them, and is fully digestible. Give a big dog any kind of chewing toy (rubber, plastic or rope) and their is a good chance that some of that toy will end up inside of them giving them a blockage.

Owners also like the idea of a SINGLE INGREDIENT treat, because they know there are no hidden ‘nasties’ and they and their dogs are getting what they paid for,  ALL beef product, no filler.

TEETH CLEANING?  Of course this is a big property of the bully stick too. the hard meat surface is just hard enough to scrape off deposits left by kibble (carbs).  That means cleaning the teeth, strengthening the gums and jaw, and NOT rotting the teeth !

100% Aussie beef and the longest chewing beef meat part, these sticks EXTRA LARGE or JUMBO sticks vary considerably in size.  They are typically 20 cm – 30 cm Long, and up to 20 mm in diameter, occasionally more.

We are currently (2022) trialing selling SINGLE, long XLG width bully sticks typical weight is 70 – 80 grams. To select a SINGLE BULLY STICK, choose the 70g option !

Beef bully sticks are around 60 -100 grams per stick for the 20 cm ones – but being natural they can vary by plus or minus 50g. This means that One kg packs usually have about 14 sticks plus or minus five or so.

Beef pizzles/ bully sticks act as a nutrition, help prevent boredom and help keep teeth and gums healthy on LARGE chewing dogs. If you have a smaller dog, perhaps try our regular bully stick sizes.
