Lola the Prague Ratter, loving rolling on a tennis ball, quarantine Spotswood VIDEO

lola the prague ratter

Lola is a very cute Prague ratter, some people have mistaken her for a miniature pincher. A previous video on my dog walker site shows her retrieving skills, but this video is all about play, and specifically the very cute move she created in rolling around on a tennis ball.

When I first took this video I was very surprised about how long it went for. I have seen my dog and other retrievers roll on grass to decrease their itchiness, but this is definitely one of the most protracted fast grass rolls I have seen.

Also known as “Prazsky Krysarik” is rated as one of the smallest breeds in the world.  Its high athleticism makes it perfect for catching very fast small vermin.

It is obvious from his great nature that he was raised very well, and to be social, for these independent dogs are said to need firm guidance when young to bond with humans.

Some sites suggest these dogs need a daily dog walk. But then again that goes for all dog breeds.

If this is the first time you have seen a Prague ratter or seen one roll around on the grass, I am sure that you will be as mesmerised as I originally was. A very fascinating, cute, athletic dog!
