Octopus 500g

Octopus 500g Octopus 500g

Octopus dog treats - 500g  Australian Caught.

Most people will know that fish and sea animals are inherently good for their dog. If you have tried squid or other high value meats with your dog you might automatically by 500g. The reason why we provide this amount is that you still get a reasonable amount of prime dog treat for your dog, but without the full kg purchase price.

To  keep the octopus in as natural state as possible we typically cut the large oval full octopuses pieces into 8 cm wide strips. The full length pieces are about 15 cm long but vary depending on which part of the oval we are cutting.  It is only a few mm thick and quite flexible. You can then easily snip off how much you need from each of the wide strips,

DRY Octopus dog treats have 70% plus protein (aafco minimum requirement 18%).  They are Organic with no other ingredient added.  The fish dog treats are also very high in vitamin B12, Iron 5.3 mg, Selenium  44 mico-grams

What is Octopus Dog treats like?

How chewy? If you would like to see our exclusive video of a dog eating these treats please click the link in the lower left column of this site (HDT dog treat videos)

Our octopus dog treats are originally caught in Australian waters under licence. The meat is cut into thin layers and dried resulting in large oval shapes of premium meat 1-2 mm in thickness. In the 500g and 1 Kg bags we typically leave this meat exactly as we receive it from the supplier so that you can choose how to cut up and serve your dog.

The texture is flexible. It will usually bend in your hands depending on how dry the meat has become. It is very easy chewing for any dog

Like most jerky's Octopus meat is 100% meat - no preservatives, nothing artificial added.
