Large Pork Twist DOG TREAT eaten entirely by Shine the Rottweiler - VIDEO
A lot of people may not be aware of the large pork twist and how a dog eats one, so here is a great instructional video for just such a purpose.
The dog leading this lesson is Shine the Rottweiler. He was recruited simply because this chewing task was far too onerous in a short period to give to my dog Archie the spoodle.
That said, this small dog treat still requires substantial chewing, so much so that I had to speed the video up in the centre of it so that you could view it all in one manageable sitting.

The dog is of Hungarian origin and of the pointer class. They typically are seen doing long sweeping runs when playing in off lead parks.

Dog Treats - Lamb bones for dogs eaten by Shine the Rottweiler captured in a VIDEO
The bone in question is a very tasty Lamb Neck dog treat.
The dog eating it is Shine the Rottweiler.
The reason Shine is eating it is that he loves it, and I want a demonstration video for my site!
However, the true value of the lamb neck is that it is a very multi-purpose bone suitable for many sized dogs. And has the most meat of almost any bone ever.

This article is about a video that is interesting for several reasons. Firstly it's the first video I have made for healthy dog treats of a dog eating a Blackdog dried bone.
The bone in question is how can dogs eat pork bones. The second interesting thing is that I recruited the services of a friendly local Rottweiler.

The difference between good &bad dog owners
My dog while not exemplary in behaviour is 'bad' mostly because of my lack of discipline not from exercise or food issues. People don’t understand that as the pack leader they themselves have a responsibility to daily take their dogs on DAILY life affirming excursions.
What I also have experienced with my new dog friend is the bond I witness in many other diligent owners who either regularly take their dog to off-lead dog parks or when they go out to cafes. Since having walked many dogs, I have become aware of some very interesting social dynamics. Good owners V bad dog owners. Which are you?
Tilly Jack Russell loves to swim with the seagulls VIDEO
Tilly is a dog that I walk three times per week. I have done this for a few years, but she has only realised her talent for swimming.
In fact she swims for up to an hour at a time, but the most remarkable thing about this more than her size is her breed. You see Tilly is a jack Russell and Jack Russells are one of the best 'ratters' out there. They were bred to be alert and courageous hunters often taking on vermin of their own size or larger. But swimming has never been in their description.
Archie dog (poodle, cocker spaniel) tracks rabbits among industrial pipes VIDEO

Beef Jerky is the king of dog treats. And the reason is that beef is readily available from providers meaning that the product is usually in good supply and high quality.
The meat is also one of the main meats that most dogs eat (via as an additive to pellets or cans, or raw like I feed my dog).
The big difference is that this beef jerky is a 'black dog' brand treat, and is 100% beef. The 'processing' is simple. The meat is extracted, the meat is dried, we get you the dried 100% beef.

The reason that this is important is that most dogs are fed on manufactured food diets which are low in meat. Dogs can survive on vegetable and grain proteins, but they thrive on beef because they are carnivores and their whole digestive system is set up to efficiently process meat.
